i bought a 600g pack for $3.60 and then realised i have no idea what to do with it

oh.. my instant oats.. add water.. i add milk too.. and also 3 dessert spoons of mixed nuts and fruit, 1 squeeze of honey

can either cook your oats in milk or water or barley water. garnishings include dried fruit (eg apricot, raisins, mangoes, papaya) or fresh fruit (eg strawberries).

i guess you can use the oats to make the base for cheese cakes or maybe even cookies. or thicken soups.

i'm the lazy type so these days i buy the instant ones where all there's to do is pour boiling water over it. yeah, some oats you'll need to cook it over a pan.
